Information collected
The visit request form collects parent full name, email address, phone number, full-time or part-time care preference, preferred onsite visit date and time, optional scheduling notes, and consent.
How it is used
Young At Heart Child Care uses this information to respond to inquiries and schedule onsite visits.
Who receives it
Submissions are sent to the owner/co-owner contact inbox at contact@youngatheartcc.com.
Storage and delivery
Submitted information is stored in Neon Postgres and delivered by email through SendGrid.
Retention
Contact submissions are retained for 60 days, then deleted through scheduled cleanup.
